It's a series of Sustainable Development Goals (G17) established in 2015 by the United Nations to help businesses focus their strategies and reverse global warming  

COP28 had some challenges but COP26 was a big one, here it was agreed that the ISSB (International Sustainability Standards Board) should be established deliver a global baseline of sustainability disclosures to meet capital market needs.

The IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards Board) in 2023 published two new reporting standards in conjunction with the ISSB, IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 which serve as a comprehensive global baseline of sustainability disclosures for the capital markets.
